I'd like to see the items in person, can I do this?

A

Unfortunately we are an online store only. You can view plenty of images and styling ideas on out Facebook and instagram pages both under the username kirstenandbelle.


Q

How do I return unwanted goods?

A

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (where possible) Please contact us via email kirstenandbelle@hotmail.com and we will send you our return address. You will be responsible for any costs to return. As soon as we receive goods we will notify you via email and issue a refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged whilst in transit when returned to us, so please be sure to use an insured postal service and package items well.

I have received the wrong order what should I do?

Please contact us via email and we will advise you of the necessary steps.

Will my delivery require a signature?

A

Some of our orders will require a signature. Parcels may be left in a secure place (Shed/outbuilding etc) however please note once parcels have been delivered we cannot be held responsible for items.

Can I upgrade my delivery to next day?

A

We do not offer Next day delivery at this moment in time but this may service may be available in the future. However if you do require items urgently please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will see what we can do!

How much does delivery cost?

A

We have a flat rate in the UK of £5.95, and a Europen rate of £9.99 (Under 2kg) however this option will not be displayed upon checkout and international customers will be required to contact us first. We also offer local collection from Shaldon or Exeter (lower wear) Post office, if this is something you would like to do please contact us for our free postage discount code select this option at checkout and add in the notes section which office you would like to collect from.

Do you sell wholesale?

Unfortunately not. We are a retail site only.

Do you do gift-wrapping?

A

This can certainly be arranged! Please contact us via email with your requests. Please bear in mind an additional cost may occur.

Can I place an order over the phone?

A

We currently only take orders via our website. However please feel free to contact us via our email kirstenandbelle@hotmail.com

When will I receive my item?

A

Orders are dispatched within two working days, small orders (under 2kg and small packet size) will be sent via royal mail 2nd class and take up to 3 working days for delivery. Larger items are sent via courier and take 3-5 working days. These services can be upgraded to a faster service for an extra cost. Please note that delivery times should be used as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Damaged items

Whilst we try our upmost to ensure all items are checked and packaged sufficiently if on the rare occasion you receive damaged/faulty goods please notify us via email ( kirstenandbelle@hotmail.com ) within 5 days to arrange a replacement or refund.
